Plantation shutters in Palm City, FL
Classic louvered shutters, made in Florida to fit each window. Humidity resistant, so they hold up in bathrooms, kitchens and Florida summers, with louvers that tilt open for light and view.
Plantation shutters are a natural fit for Palm City homes, inside and from the street. Ours are humidity resistant, so they hold up in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and garages through a Florida summer. They are made in Florida, which keeps lead times short, and each panel is sized to the opening, including arched and extra-tall windows.
Built in state for Florida homes and delivered quickly.
Won't warp, swell or peel in bathrooms, kitchens or coastal air.
Tilt the louvers for full light, a soft glow or privacy.
A permanent, built-in treatment that buyers recognize.
Plantation shutters for Palm City homes
Palm City is home. Our shop sits on SW 42nd Ave, a few minutes from the Martin Downs communities, Harbour Ridge and the newer neighborhoods off Citrus and Martin Highway. Most Palm City homes have big lanai sliders facing a pool or preserve, and plenty of west-facing glass that heats up after lunch.
We install plantation shutters throughout Palm City, including Martin Downs, Harbour Ridge, Piper's Landing, Monterey, Cobblestone, Hammock Creek, Mid-Rivers. Our shop is right here in Palm City, so measuring and installing is usually a same-week visit.
A permanent, built-in look
Plantation shutters are fitted to the window frame and become part of the house. Wide louvers tilt to let in as much light as you want, and panels swing open for a clear view and easy cleaning. They suit traditional, coastal and transitional homes and look right from the outside too, which is why they are so common on Treasure Coast streets.
Built for the climate
Our shutters are humidity resistant, so they can go in bathrooms over a tub, in kitchens above the sink and in garages and laundry rooms where wood would eventually swell. They are made in Florida, which keeps lead times short.
A free in-home visit in Palm City: we measure every window and bring samples you can hold up to your own glass.
Your plantation shutters are built to those measurements in our shop at 3399 SW 42nd Ave, not ordered from a catalog.
The people who measured come back to install, test every shade and show you how it works.
