Plantation shutters
Classic louvered shutters, made in Florida to fit each window. Humidity resistant, so they hold up in bathrooms, kitchens and Florida summers, with louvers that tilt open for light and view.
Built in state for Florida homes and delivered quickly.
Won't warp, swell or peel in bathrooms, kitchens or coastal air.
Tilt the louvers for full light, a soft glow or privacy.
A permanent, built-in treatment that buyers recognize.
A permanent, built-in look
Plantation shutters are fitted to the window frame and become part of the house. Wide louvers tilt to let in as much light as you want, and panels swing open for a clear view and easy cleaning. They suit traditional, coastal and transitional homes and look right from the outside too, which is why they are so common on Treasure Coast streets.
Built for the climate
Our shutters are humidity resistant, so they can go in bathrooms over a tub, in kitchens above the sink and in garages and laundry rooms where wood would eventually swell. They are made in Florida, which keeps lead times short.
Fit to every window
Each panel is sized to the opening, including arched, angled and extra-tall windows, and we install them so the louvers line up across the room.
Questions
Plantation shutters: what people ask
Are plantation shutters good in a bathroom?
Yes. Ours are humidity resistant and are regularly installed over tubs and showers.
How long do they take?
Because they are made in Florida, lead times are shorter than shutters shipped from out of state. We will give you a date at the time of order.
Can I get them on arched or specialty windows?
Yes. Shutters are custom made to the shape of each opening.
